In the Middle East, the application of fragrance multiple times daily is a centuries-old tradition among both men and women.

By partnering with the forward-thinking leadership team of Swiss Arabian Perfumes Group, we uncovered a white space opportunity for engaging women by rethinking the backstory of fragrance products:

Rather than product as fragrance in a bottle, the strategy repositions fragrance as communications tool extending personal influence – more vital than the latest mobile device to personally engage others we seek

A new umbrella verbal and visual identity was created for the company and its retail shops, sharing with women their opportunity to Be Heard.

We developed the new Swiss Arabian positioning across multiple channels, including the creation and design of the Global Retail Showroom Prototype to ensure a positioning-consistent consumer experience, and the client's desire to focus future retail development on stand-alone Showrooms, rather than a historical presence of Shop-In-Shop and Kiosk locations.

Swiss Arabian, the flagship brand of Swiss Arabian Perfumes Group, has since grown to over 100 retail outlets throughout the GCC, otherwise known as the Gulf Cooperation Council, a six-member economic union of nations bordering the Persian Gulf and located on the Arabian Peninsula.
