Engagement with the nation [and continent] of Australia, evolved to an award of further engagements to build tourism for the independent states of Australia including, for example, New South Wales - home to the cities of Sydney and Melbourne, Tasmania and Queensland.

Engaged to improve and extend the passenger experience for a multinational airline, in this instance the flag carrier of the Republic of Singapore, Greg Thomas of our team led an engagement to effectively brand the passenger class sections on aircraft, and to:

Create a brand supportive look and feel from airport terminal entrance to passenger seat.

Three on-board passenger seating classes were reframed to include a unique label for the client's business ticketed section, which became known as Raffles Class.

The moniker honors Sir Thomas Stamford Raffles, a British statesman, often described as the "Father of Singapore," having founded the city of Singapore in 1819. Sir Raffles is also known as the founder of the Zoological Society of London and the London Zoo.

The engagement further led to the creation of new interior and exterior color palettes for use in client aircraft and in dedicated sections of airport terminals, supportive of the airline's positioning.
