Brand Strategy = Business Strategy

With No Space Between The Two

Appearing every Wednesday evening through April 17, at the School of Visual Arts in New York, our CEO to discuss Business Strategy: Defining the Brand.

He quotes Peter Drucker:

"The business enterprise has two - and only two - basic functions: marketing and innovation. Marketing and innovation produce results; all the rest are costs.

Marketing is the distinguishing, unique function of the business."

And Rudyard Kipling:

"...words are, of course, the most powerful drug used by mankind..."

He says things like "snap the sterotype."

And talks about how organizations impose a tax upon themselves by use of The List.

And how people are hardwired to notice only what's different.

He asks questions like:

What exactly do you allow people to do, that does not otherwise occur in the world?

A lot.

So if you want people to actually remember you, and your product, drop by and take a listen.

But do let us know you're coming.
